A pagan winter wedding at Weston Hall

A Hand-fasting ceremony, Lord of the Rings and Terry Pratchett-inspired table decorations. This wedding has serious fantasy vibes.

If you’re looking at a traditional wedding venue that is jaw-droppingly beautiful from the outside, yet elegant and modern inside you are probably best of booking Weston Hall in Staffordshire. If you’re planning a Staffordshire wedding then I promise you, once you’ve had a viewing of this stunning venue then you will be booking it.

Ive photographed multiple weddings at this venue and it’s one of my faves; firstly a confession, it’s only ten minutes drive from my front door so it feels like my cosy, local wedding venue. I’ve got the experience of working here and I know all the little nooks and crannies and beautiful spots for portraits. I also know how to organise a family shots you might want with utmost efficiency and with a relaxed demeanour.

I photographed this lovely wedding in February, my first of the wedding season. it was cold at times, but it suited the atmosphere, and it was truly a great winter wedding. Jessica and Josh put so much effort into their wedding, they made a lot of their own table settings and they had a friend create their cake toppers and little model figures of themselves. They love role playing games and fantasy books and films, and their personality shone through. Josh in particular had magnificent, viking-style hair!

If you’re looking for a Weston Hall wedding photographer pop me a message; i’m friendly, experienced and will be relaxed on your big day and I’ll photograph some amazing natural moments for you. I’ll also take the time to walk around Weston Hall and get some stunning portraits of you both, without being too stiff and formal about the whole thing.
